Policemen Cross Road With Rope When Trafficlight Turned Red In Minna (Photo)

In Minna, Niger State, people so disobey traffic rule such that police must cross the road with a rope whenever the light turns red.

To my own point of view: Nigerians are set of people that are very difficult to control. Just imagine the same way that was suppose to be implored to Goat is now extended to Humans… Some Nigerians and their barbaric nature.
