Esiah was alleged to have intimidated the girl with a pistol before forcing her on his motorbike to a village in Umuogudu Akpu Ngbo Community, Ohaukwu Local Government Area of the state, where he had carnal knowledge of her.
Confirming the arrest, the State Police spokesperson, ASP George Okafor the arrest, the boy intimated his victim with a locally made gun.
