See Photo Of Dead Man Lying Near A Dumpsite

I don’t know exactly where this happened but I hear it actually happened in Nigeria. The young man who seemed to be a bit young was seen lying dead near a dumpsite. 

What makes it more shocking is that cars and motorcycles can be seen driving pass as if it is a normal sight. When did we degenerate to this? See full photo below;
