The prosecution witness, Mohammad Adamu told the court that Ibrahim on May 11th, lured the two girls aged five and six, using chew gum, to his room where he committed the act.
Adamu said, the offense contravenes Section 282 (1e) and was punishable under section 283 of Bauchi penal code. Ibrahim however pleaded not guilty while filing an application for bail. The presiding judge, Muazu Abubakar in his ruling, adjourned the case till September 16th.
