Got this from Nairalan, According ti the person that posted it, this incident happened today around Apapa Area. It was alleged that the Nigerian military and other agency were trying to control the traffic on the bridge when this Danfo driver came from no where and started obstructing traffic, leaving the queue that was created by the task force.

I think the soldier is right on this.
