Customs Boss 'Dikko' Resigns In A Bid To Avoid Sack By 'Buhari
The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Customs Service, Dikko Abdullahi, has resigned before president Buhari fires him. Dikko took over as the customs boss in 2009.
