Students of University of Benin UNIBEN have been banned from wearing earphones and headsets outside their hostels. This stern warning just came after the death of a 200 level student of the institution, Halim Rita Awele (Pictured above) who died after being hit by a military patrol van.The warning was posted at one of the school's hall on Tuesday.
