The United Nations' Global Multi-Dimensional Poverty Index has published a 2015 report-based on data collected on years between 2004 and 2014, about the poverty rate of Nigerian states.

  2. My confusion here is that,,,northen leaders occupy much greater position in d country n yet d region has d highest poverty rate even when they hv great agricultural potential...I just dnt get this..
