The Rivers State government has recovered a vehicle which is said to have originally belonged to it but was allegedly converted to personal use by an official of the Rotimi Amaechi's administration.
Security agents are said to have seized the vehicle from the home of Amaechi’s former spokesperson, Ibim Semenitari on Thursday, June 18, 2015.
This was disclosed via a press statement released by Simeon Nwakaudu on behalf of the government.
Governor Nyesom Wike earlier alleged that the Amaechi administration had left the Government House bare after carting away all the valuables in it.
