Oh Lawd!! Meet Man With The Biggest Scrotum In The World

Mehn... I just stumbled on these photos on Facebook, couldn't resist and had to bring it on here. Call it temptation but mehn this is huge. If you look closely at the scrotum photo, you will see he has a giant 'carrot' lost in the sack.

    It is a medical condition called scrotal hernia. You can see the guy in hospital robe. He's gonna undergo surgery
