Many took to Twitter to express their outmost disappointment and disapproval at the large amount of money allegedly marked out for clothing by the Red and Green Chambers.
Some went further to questioned the so called ‘Change’ widely preached by our President Muhammadu Buhari and his party, the All Progressives Congress. Even Governor of Kaduna State Nasir El-Rufai is strongly against such "obscene" amount. Below are some tweets from angry Nigerians;
I swear it's nt funny, just to be sitting down and shouting I or ney, they receive this amount...it's bad, even developed nations in Europe and elsewhere don't pay this much, nt sure but I think even US, according to a figure I hav...this is too much and it has got to stop
