Nigeria Ranks Number 2 Nation That Uses Torture On Terror Suspects
Nigeria has been named the number 2 country in the world that uses torture to extract information from suspected terrorists. Uganda topped the list with 78%. The latest survey was published in the Spring 2015 Global Attitudes survey.
This could be true..because when Nigerian defence catches a suspect..just a suspect oo..they can torture him to death..they want him to admit to d crime by force even if he didn't do it..nigeria is that bad
