What is this world turning to eehh! I just saw this on Comedian Funky Mallam Instagram page.. He shared the photo with the caption "Obviously fashion has gone satanic,"

This designer and the model must be mentally retarded. How can a normal person call this a cloth in the name of fashion or style?
