The incident happened when GaGa just got out from Amadeus Pizza restaurant. The "Bad Romance" hitmaker was strolling down the street braless in an unbuttoned khaki jacket. 

Her appearance on the street inevitably attracted paparazzi. When she attempted to shield her eyes from the camera flash with one hand, her jacket opened and accidentally flashed her nipple. Even her bodyguard who was by her side couldn't cover her. Earlier that day, she appeared in the same outfit but she wore a white. See her peek show below;
