Governor Wike Appoints Former President Jonathan’s Minister As SSG (Photo)
Kenneth Kobani has been appointed Secretary to the Rivers State Government by Nyesom Wike.The SSG was the immediate past Minister of State for Trade and Investment under the Goodluck Jonathan administration.
