In a statement issued yesterday by the spokesman for the former Vice President described the rumor as baseless and unfounded allegations that Atiku conspired with the PDP or Saraki to ‘sabotage’ the APC.

The statement further stated that Atiku could have congratulated Senator Ahmed Lawan (or any other leader) if he had won. It added that Atiku remained a loyal party member having supported the Buhari presidential campaign.
