OH My!! Check Out The Queue For Fuel At Capital Oil This Monday Morning

Capital oil boss Ifeanyi Uba, announced last night that it will release 13 million liters of fuel.

Well, Nigerians are there this morning to get some of it. This is the fuel queue at Capital Oil, Berger. Cars began to queue as early as 2am.
