This is made by European people, why should we follow?,” he said. He says a wife can only refuse her husband sex if she is menstruating, sick, old or just given birth and outside these, a Muslim woman has “no right” to reject her husband’s demand.
He claimed that Europe itself did not regard women highly before creating the concept of marital rape after the 18th century when Europeans came into contact with the Muslims and were attempting to improve Islamic laws…

DeleteWell let me chip in with my lil knowledge of d Qur'an and Sunnah, u guys will not understand cx of our religious differences. Bro in islam there are principles that cannot be changed by modernization. If we all remember adultery is a sin in both islam and christainity and one of the main cardinal principles of marriage is to abstain from adultery or fornication. The Qur'an teaches us that whenever ur partner is in d mood u just have to satisfy him or her unless if one of thevabove conditions of sickness, period or oldbage is in place...failure to do so then hold urself responsible for his or her action. If I want to elaborate this u guys wont hv d tym to read myvwrite up.
