The building according to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is located at HFB way Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi.
On Saturday morning, a building collapsed in Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos, injuring four and trapping many.
NEMA spokesman, Ibrahim Farinloye said the incident occurred following an explosion from the building. He said the explosion may have been caused by gas, adding that three persons were inside the building when the explosion occurred.
He said persons have been evacuated to St Maria Hospital Yaba.

There has to b a law looking into faulty structural lay out of buildingss o. The rate of collaps doesn't seem to b abating. Hmmm! "Uwaifo don talk e own o".
