President Goodluck Jonathan was blessed by yoruba traditional rulers at the palace of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Sijuade few days ago. Them opposition says the blessing was not done in a normal way. According to them, the opposite photographs show royal fathers in Yorubaland performing some blessings.
Above is President Jonathan in the palace of Ooni of Ife. Below, is another person receiving royal blessing. Yoruba traditionalists say Jonathan’s blessing was not done the proper way as Obas normally use their horse whisks to pray. Do you agree with them?

ReplyDeleteI'm not a PDP fan but its possible the prayers were done the right way. They were probably showing him respect by not touching his head with their horse tails(urukere). My views tho.
