Chelsea fans where are thou! How do you feel this? Hehe...So,In what was a day full of surprises in the English FA Cup, both Manchester City and Chelsea suffered shock losses as they got eliminated from the competition.
Middlesborough and Bradford emerged as the giant-killers so far, as they both claimed the scalp of their superior oppositions, City and Chelsea.
Both teams went into their games as strong favourites, especially as they were playing at home and also to clubs that are not in the English Premier League.
Manchester City who just arrived England on Friday after a mini break in Dubai were the better team in the first half, but lost steam in the second half.
Patrick Bramford made the best use of a defensive error by City to scramble in the opener for Middlesborough.
Aitor Karanka's team held on resolutely and defended with their might to hold off City's onslaught.
And with the clock wounding down Kike finished off the contest, following up Bramford's ball after he was tripped to slot it beyond Willy Caballero to send their fans into raptures.
If City's defeat was bad, Chelsea's loss was worse as they gave up a 2-0 lead to end up losing 4-2 at Stamford Bridge.
Bradford endured everything thrown at them by Chelsea and just took their time to take their chances.
In a game some second team players were given a run-in by Jose Mourinho, Chelsea had no excuses how they capitulated.
Gary Cahill and Ramires got the first two goals for Chelsea and they looked like they would go on to rout Bradford.
However Bradford did themselves some good by scoring a goal before the break through Jon Stead who beat Petr Cech from his near post.
Former Chelsea player Filipe Morais converted from close range to level for Bradford in the 75th minute, setting an upset on the cards.
Stead held the ball up and laying it back for Andy Halliday to thump beyond Cech for the third goal.
Substitute Mark Yeates finished off the contest with a well composed goal to seal a 4-2 win for his side.
Chelsea came from being in four competitions this week, and are now left in three.
