The Kenyan authority tried to write the government to get them to stop them from tearing down the playground which fell on deaf ears. So seeing that the teachers were helpless, the children took the the streets to march in protest.
They however got more than they bargained for as the police tear gassed them, which caused a stampede. Five of the children have been rushed to the hospital, but there doesn’t seem to be any serious injury.
See as d tear gas dey pump. Kai! Those children eye don hear ween. Its a sad development tho. Hmmm! "Uwaifo don talk e own o".

ReplyDeleteAfrica still have a long way to go. This act just shows that African (Kenyan) police are illiterates. Teargasing school pupils whom were harmless. That is too bad, the police need to be prosecuted for that.
