Popular Nigeria musician/entertainer, D'banj Speaking a recent chat, the artiste said his lifelong ambition was to be in the military, but things changed when his elder brother, Femi, died in a plane crash.
According to D’Banj, Femi was in the military school when the incident happened. Furthermore, his brother was one of the first to come out of the wreckage of the plane unscratched. He, however, died of suffocation when he went back into the plane to rescue the others.
D’Banj, who used to work as a security guard in Strafford, United Kingdom, before returning home to face music squarely, said his deceased elder brother was two years older. He loved the harmonica and it was one of the few things he left when he died.
The harmonica that Femi left has since become popular with D’Banj, as it features in most of his songs.
In life, we will always hav one or two experience to share. Tins will always happen for a reason. It shall be well wit us all and I wish him RIP
