Was there anything like NECO in 1961? Is this how Buhari looks like in 1961? When a result is reissued, does it come with your recent passport photo? Taking a passport photograph is not allowed in mufti except in military uniform. Please if you have received a result reissue check and compare with the image above...
NECO was formed in 2000. This certificate also bears WASSCE which was WAEC until it was changed to WASSCE in 1998.
During his age, such exams were not conducted in May/June...I mean in the 60s. WAEC School Certificate exams used to take place in November/December until early 80's.
And again there was nothing like SSCE back then. Also, our great general is quoting Katsina State; please oh, when was Katsina State created?

DeleteHere comes a man ( Buhari ) who contested electons in same country Nigeria, 2011, nobody disputed his academics qualifications then. The question we should ask is WHY now! Honestly, should we be looking at academics alone or a combination of qualification and credibility. Some people have all the qualifications in the world, yet, they have no clue what governance is about. To me, the certificate saga, is nothing but a non-issue. Please vote wisely as you have just another chance now to turn things around.
