Unbox Therapy says that it’s not
uncommon for larger phones to have more problems with bending than
smaller phones. In the case of the iPhone 6 Plus, it seems to be
particularly vulnerable to bending right at the area where the bottom
volume button ends.
Even so, is this enough of an issue where the phone will bend just by having it in your pocket? Unbox Therapy says it might be if you sit down with the device while wearing tight jeans.
It will be interesting to see how other giant phones such as the Galaxy Note 4 and the Lumia 1520 respond to similar bend tests, although right now we can’t imagine finding other phones have similar problems would make iPhone 6 Plus owners who just shelled out big bucks for their new device feel any better.
