Cyclist celebrate winning a race before realizing he still has another lap to go

Spanish cyclist Eloy Teruel was on the 7th stage of the AMGEN Tour of California when he crossed the finish line and started to celebrate, thinking he’d won the whole race. It takes him an awkwardly long time to realize he still has another lap to go.
