The immediate past Minister of Petroleum resources, Dieziani Alison-Madueke, was released on bail, hours after she was arrested yesterday by the London Metropolitan Police, over offenses bordering on corruption and money laundering charges. Alison-Madueke was picked-up alongside four others.
The former minister will however report at Charing Cross Police Station on Monday for further interrogation. Her passport has been seized to prevent her from leaving the country. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commissuon, EFCC also raided Madueke's Abuja home yesterday.
