Boko Haram terrorists attacked Geidam, last week, killing dozens in a bloody Fun, forcing local resident to flee. General Buratai while speaking in Lagos, emphasized the need for a serious review of the attitude of the troops towards the ongoing war.
He noted that despite having the necessary weapons and equipment that will enable them protect themselves, civilians and properties, the soldiers in Geidam did not attack the insurgents. Buratai said, immediately after his visit to the town, Boko Haram attempted to return, but the soldiers stood up and conquered that attack and pursued them and the terrorists have been on the run ever since.

ReplyDeleteCowards die many times before their deaths . A soldier who fights and run away will live to fight another. There's no hero in the grave . A living dog is better than a dead Lion . Defence and security starts from an individual , no matter how heavily arm an individual if his not safe, he can not use his Position and power even if the attacking assiliant is having a less superior power.
