Members of the dreaded Islamist sect, Boko Haram, apparently gathered in an open field to celebrate Sallah, last Thursday according to a video released by the sect.

The sect members in the video, were seen calmly saying Eid prayers in the company of their families, with a rifle positioned upside down in front of them.

The video images may be part of the sect’s efforts to counter statements by the Nigerian Army that they were on a steady retreat, with Nigerian troops seizing a sizable territory hitherto occupied and controlled by members of the terrorist sect. Watch video below;
