The Nigerian Air force has unveiled two Unmanned Ground Vehicles and a Light Surveillance Aircraft developed by the Nigerian Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Kaduna, north-west Nigeria.
This device is designed to detect and pick up improvised explosive devices to safer locations. They were produced by students have the armament engineering department in 2012 and was later modified to a higher level called unmanned ground vehicle type.
