Rivers State University Of Science And Technology Takes Cultural Day To Another Level (See Photos)

A reader sent this to me claiming that Rivers State University of Science and Technology popularly known as UST, marked their cultural day today, and lady who dressed as a Queen came out in the Rivers attire with a nicely done beaded arrangements but baring her boobies for fresh air...lol while her king was eeermmm, a King.
