Breaking News: Former Nigerian President 'Alhaji Shehu Shagari, Is Dead'?

Alhaji Shehu Usman Shagari, Second Republic president is dead. He was 90.

Shagari, who celebrated his birthday on February 25, with all the former heads of states in Sokoto barely a month ago, died this afternoon.
