Reacting to the deadly incidents, Arase assured residents of Abuja and the entire country not to panic as the Force was prepared to do all within its reach to ensure adequate security of lives and property.
The police boss said, the Police High Command has ordered an immediate deployment of Police Explosives Ordinance Disposal Units to the scenes of the explosions to prevent further destruction.

Arase also a ordered massive stop-and-search activities in and around the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. He called on Nigerians to be vigilant at all times and report any suspicious persons or objects to the nearest Police Station or any other security agencies for prompt interventions.
It's better we hav camera at every spot in dis country. It's not only our oil pipe dat u monitor with drones. Our streets is also anoda important... we need to be secured.
