‎Senator Saraki’s Case With CCT Has Been Adjourned ‘Indefinitely’

The Abuja division of the appeal court has adjourned ruling on the case between Senate President Bukola Saraki and the code of conduct tribunal (CCT).

The registrar of the court, who announced the decision, gave no explanation on why it was taken...it could be recalled that the court on Friday last week scheduled to give judgment on the matter on Monday, but adjourned ruling indefinitely.

Senator Saraki was dragged to court by CCT over alleged false declaration of his assets.
