Wickedness! Lady Dumps Baby By The Road Side In Akwa Ibom State

A lady after delivering the baby in the picture, placed her in a polytene bag and dumped her by the road side along Dibue Road, Ikot Ekpene in Aka Ibom State this afternoon.

The born baby still had her umbilical cord attached. An eye witness said that he saw a lady hovering around the said area but didn’t know what she was up to until the bag was discovered. 

Sadly the baby was already dead by the time the bag was found. Who could have done this wickedness?!? RIP little angel!
