The Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu, should have contested for the Senate presidency to convince Nigerians he is representing Ndigbo’s interest in the National Assembly instead of settling for deputy.
The post of Deputy Senate President was his share for supporting Bukola Saraki’s Senate presidency ambition. He should endeavour to defect to the All Progressives Congress if he sincerely wants to represent Ndigbo’s interest and not the PDP’s latent agenda which is aimed at rubbishing APC’s programmes before the 2019 general election.
The PDP during their 16-year rule never accommodated opposition party candidates for National Assembly top offices that are meant for the ruling party.
Why should the APC accept that from the PDP? Ekweremadu’s aim is to destabilise the APC and not to represent Ndigbo. He wants to rubbish President Muhammadu Buhari and his programmes in the eyes of the electorate. Buhari should be wary of the PDP’s plans.

ReplyDeleteThough,,he is from my L.G.A,,but I dnt like him ,,he is one of d worst n heartless politician I hv come to know....imagine,,from d L.G.A were a senator for 16yrs+ n deputy senate president for 8yrs+ no good road in his village okpanku,no water,,light,,development zero,,people really need to ask this man what he has been doing with the constitutional devwlopment allowance given to him all this yrs...I can't figure out why people still voted him into office or he bought the vote by giving the youths pea nuts as usual..
Dis one pain u. The fool wey won contest in my state was a senate leader but didn't do anything. The road wey dey front of him house, he no do am. Now, he said if we vote for him, there will b creation of Ibadan state. Do politicians think we are fools?

ReplyDeleteWell, what I know is, none of dem represent their people as they claim. The only people I can trust for now is the president cos his past record has been justifiable and we are still feeling it unless if we want to fool ourselves.
