How Police Smash Notorious Kidnap Syndicate In Delta, Rescue Victim Lured With Job Employment

Police operatives involved in a rescue mission of a kidnapped victim tracked down the kidnap syndicate to their hideout at No. 18 Umueke Idumuezeji Quarters, Ibusa town where the male victim was discovered. In the course of rescuing the victim two of the kidnappers received gunshot wounds and arrested.

The victim who was lured to Ibusa through the internet on the guise of offering him job but held captive and ransom demanded was safely rescued. Both suspects were rushed to the Hospital where Doctors pronounced them dead on arrival.

 Efforts are ongoing to apprehend other accomplice on the run. State CIID Asaba is investigating.
