Justice E Chukwu of a Federal High court sitting in Abuja has granted Murtala Nyako, the former governor of Adamawa State and his son, Abdulaziz Nyako, bail of N350 million.
It will be recalled that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had arraigned Nyako and his son before a court on charges bordering on corruption, abuse of office and money laundering on Wednesday. Nyako’s son, Abdul-Aziz, is a serving senator,
