First of all I'm not going to try n defend the army because there methods are bad. But even the united states do almost same if not same to suspected terrorist.. In this kind of war you act on tip off n if you ignore any you are to blame cos it may be true. I can remember when I was in school there was a day some cultist fought n almost killed someone that night soldiers n police men stormed our school n ordered all the male out without shirts to look for a particular identification mark on the body some innocent people can fall victim maybe because they have similar when they were in a cult or even thru an accident.. What I'm saying is that there methods are not the best but you cannot avoid using it in situations like this or you'll lose out. It's a war not a man hunt so I dnt expect any right minded civilian that is not an informant to the terrorist to still be in a place that is always under attack.
Extreme methods are required to get information and save life's. When these boko haram fighters attack do they use tactical methods when killing and rapping innocent citizens. So why should the Nigerian army apply less or human tactical method in fishing out these criminals. More severe force should be used to tackle the situation. Even if it means executing these terrorist on sight after investigation.
Men this os worrisome,,God help.us.
