See 'Strange Thing' Governor El-Rufai Did Today (Photo)

This photo is trending on twitter..The person that posted it says Governor Nasir El-Rufa took his sick 1 year old child to the Barau Dikko Specialist Hospital in Kaduna at about 5am this morning without his security details. Wow!
