Chai!!! Meet Muslim Man Who Caged His Head To Quit Smoking During Ramadan

He asked his wife to lock his head up so he won't sin by smoking. As it is a ritual in Islam that in the Ramadan (the ninth month of the Islamic calendar when the Qur’an was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad) period, Muslims all over the world fast and abstain from food, s*x and smoking from morning to evening.

Scholars say it helps for soul cleansing and strengthening the bond between faithfuls and Allah.

So the pictured man, in other to participate fully in Ramadan, without any form of distraction has taken steps to quit smoking during the period.
