Yea...that's what I said before,,an average federal civil servant has I don't care attitude towards managing govt property....its a case of poor hospital management ......if it was privatize,this won't happen

This is typical of our hospitals across the country. It actually a case of systemic rot. I hope and pray that the incoming administration would put a change to so many things across the country.
