Throwback Photo: Did General Abacha Wear Lipstick At 1997 Summit?

Above photo is General Abacha at the 1997 Summit. I am not sure if the harmattan was so strong at that time or was he was a strong smoker....lol look closely at the photo above let us know what you think? EPIC!!!

    He wasnt a chain smoker but a chain drinker lol.. all his lyf he was suffering from Liver Cirrhosis thats why the lips r like dat.
