Just In!! Reps Unanimously Reject Removal Of Oil Subsidy

Members of the House of Representatives have unanimously voted against hearing a motion seeking the removal of oil subsidy. The motion was promoted by Hon. Sunday Kareemi, PDP, representing one of the constituencies of Kogi State. The lawmakers, in rejecting the motion titled:

‘The recurring crisis of fuel subsidy’ took turns to condemn the suggestion, stressing that it is anti-people to remove fuel subsidy.”

  5. I think these members should also be put on their toes. Though I don't know their reason for rejecting the bill, I hope it for the good of the people, otherwise they should remove it.
