Nigerian youngster Jordan Ibe has committed his future to Liverpool as he inked a long-term deal that will see him remaining at Anfield till 2020.

According to Liverpool Echo, the contract is reward for the 19-year-old forward’s impressive development, with Reds boss Brendan Rodgers confident Ibe can become a significant player for the club in the coming years.

Ibe hit the limelight with some sterling performances with Derby County in the first half of the season where he played on loan, scoring five times, with an assist in 20 league appearances.
