The document pictured above is going round the internet which shows clearly the names of some Kaduna based Islamic clerics allegedly being paid by President Goodluck Jonathan for his re-election. According to the document the first phase was paid in December, 2014 while the second phase has just been paid. Could it be true? See a bolder image below;
