Political analyst and social media influencer, Japheth Omojuwa, has shared some strong views on Nigeria’s health sector on the MTV Base #ChooseOrLose Roundtable.
During the event held at the 355 Lounge in Victoria Island, Lagos, the popular blogger who is a panelist stated, "A lot more attention needs to be paid to the healthcare sector so as to reduce child mortality in the country. This is an important sector that has been largely neglected over the years."
The firebrand activist has been a regular and vocal critic of government policy toward healthcare provision and he made specific mention of maternal healthcare on more than one occasion.
The #ChooseOrLose Roundtable is a forum which promotes the participation of young people in the electoral process in Nigeria.
