Army Officer Allegedly Beats Up Girl, Badly Injures Her (Pictured)

The sister of the victim Ms Fehintola shared the above photo on twitter. Says the incident happened at about 2:00pm in Isaac John’s Street, Lagos yesterday. Wonder what could have warranted this kind of beating...hmmm
