  13. we are looking for change oo, i think this is the change. if his party is unpopular we can make popular abi. come to think of it which party is popular sef. as far as am concerned the two loud parties PDP n ACP are just notorious nothing else. you are popular when you have a positive inclination on your publicity. so if NCP is the change we need then let make them popular
