Four more soldiers were on December 24 2014, sentenced to death after they were found guilty of conspiracy to commit mutiny. The four were among the soldiers of the 111 Special Forces Battalion, Maiduguri, who were tried by the General Military Court Martial set up by the authorities of the Nigerian Army.
The GCM had earlier convicted 54 on December 17. Another 12 was convicted on September 14, 2014. The conviction of the four soldiers brought the total number of soldiers convicted and sentenced to death
203 soldiers were allegedly dismissed on December 24 for flouting orders by their commanding officer to engage boko haram after they requested for weapons to discharge the assigned orders.
Lol...make them sentence all the remaining soldiers to death Naa...then them go engage Boko haram by themselves....I no blame them shaa...na the soldiers I dey pitty.

ReplyDeleteBH are killing our soldiers, military hqtrs is not providing the soldiers with ammunitions to fight. And here we are, the Military court is sentencing the soldiers to death simply because they are not provided with arms to fight.
